# AXES business plan **Status:** Founder-ready consolidated plan **Recorded:** 2026-09-10 **Founder principle:** All for All **Confidentiality:** This is a public-safe operating plan. Private source documents, personal records, legal material, product designs, asset files, account information, and detailed financial models remain outside the public repository. ## Executive summary AXES is a founder-led constellation of design, creative work, technology, and learning experiences. AXES Contracting is the public hub and commercial home. Chichetki is the physical-object, art, sound, and experiential studio. XIIOM is the private operational core for AXI memory, monitoring, and bounded automation. The first business objective is not to launch every idea at once. It is to operate one reliable shared foundation, establish a truthful public presence, and release small offerings that have a clear customer, owner, budget, and human approval path. New domains remain parked until a product earns its next stage. ## Founder authority and present business status AXES is a founder-led company, brand, and business-building effort. Within AXES governance, Axel Urartu (AX) · Axes Contracting records the sole founder-and-project-owner claim for founder-created project direction and AXES-maintained project records. AXI is the project's current non-sentient software and operations system; it and its registered roles have no independent ownership, authority, or decision-making claim. This governance record directs work within the project and preserves accountability for founder-directed sessions and AXES-maintained continuity records. It does not determine legal ownership, enforceability, contractual rights, provider-platform records, or third-party rights. The applicable founder-claim and agent-accountability record is `AXI_GENESIS_OWNERSHIP_CHECKPOINT.md`. ## Full business-plan objective Build a durable, founder-led AXES ecosystem that turns original design, creative work, origin intelligence, and accountable technology into supportable client services, products, and later platform offerings. The plan must protect the creative center of the work while creating a practical path to revenue, continuity, and staged growth. The objective has five connected outcomes: 1. **Earn early, lawful revenue:** Establish AXES Contracting design/materials services and KEYSTONE creator-origin record setup as clear, supportable offers with defined scope, price, delivery, and human support. 2. **Preserve origin and authority:** Use KEYSTONE, Ux, NUR, and the Creator Origin Constitution to retain source, purpose, contributor, version, permission, and correction records for founder-directed work and approved collaborators. 3. **Build the distinctive creative ecosystem:** Develop Chichetki as a founder-designed musical instrument and creative practice, with Athanor and AU as the future virtual-home and game-console environment for design, dance, sound, play, and creative interaction. 4. **Create trusted marketplace infrastructure:** Stage the AXES Directory and service marketplace from confirmed business discovery and price-list matching through private project fulfillment, while protecting clients and providers through accurate records, consent, and human review. 5. **Prepare long-range economic systems responsibly:** Advance URNUR, Harmonics, creator economy, collectible gems, and future banking/currency direction through protected research, technical design, evidence, and qualified review before any regulated or public financial implementation. Success is not measured by launching every concept at once. It is measured by preserving the origin of the work, delivering real value to early clients, operating reliably within the current budget, and advancing each later layer only when its evidence, people, technical controls, and operating capacity are ready. ## Business architecture | Area | Role | Current or initial offer | Boundary | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | AXES Contracting | Central public hub | Company story, design guidance, contact and scoped intake; authenticated operators may view a separate private service registry | No unreviewed claims, public registry availability claims, or account-control actions | | Architectural Design Desk | Design-education line | Tips, inspiration, material palettes, and consultation requests | Not licensed architecture, engineering, code, or safety advice without responsible professional review | | Building-Materials Discovery | Commercial discovery line | Curated materials, supplier links, sample/quote requests, and project inspiration | No checkout, inventory, fulfillment, warranties, tax, or payment processing until commerce operations are ready | | Chichetki Studio | Founder-led creative line | Founder-designed physical rhythm objects, collectible gems, art editions, sound, movement, and carefully scoped experiences | Separate substantiated product descriptions from health, therapeutic, cultural, patent, financial-value, prize, or market claims; California legal review before any gem game, prize, or exchange | | XIIOM | Private operations core | Memory, monitoring, task controls, and review-only agent proposals | No public engine, arbitrary execution, account control, spending, or autonomous publication | | AXES Creative Studio | Future internal production workspace | Creative briefs, original image concepts, sound concepts, storyboards, and video shot lists | Human-approved providers, rights review, and private asset storage before generation or publication | | AXES Directory | Future business-discovery pilot | Small, opt-in, human-reviewed listings for building-material vendors, contractors, and real-estate professionals | No White Pages, public people search, identity registry, scraping, data brokerage, ad platform, or automated outreach | | AXOUS / AXOUX | AXOUS creator initiative through the AXOUX site | Invite-only projects, contribution roles, and attribution history | Moderation, consent, and contributor terms before broad access | | School of Love & Ethics | Future learning pilot | Accessible curriculum, project labs, and voluntary reflection | Adult-only or separated cohorts until youth safeguarding is operational | | AXEOUS and AUXAOUS | Future community and self-design pilots | Moderated groups and private participant-controlled reflection | No unrestricted messaging, public sensitive profiles, or unmoderated interactions | | URNUR | Future monetary currency, banking, creator-economy, and non-monetary contributor-recognition direction | Currency concept plus voluntary creator-origin and stewardship acknowledgement for original fashion, music, game, art, and collectible work | No application, banking claim, issuance, deposit, sale, transfer, payment, custody, marketplace, token, trading, personal-level, or social-ranking functionality before qualified legal, compliance, security, and operational approval | ## Customer and participant groups 1. **Design and contracting clients:** People seeking thoughtful visual, material, and project inspiration, eventually with clearly scoped professional services where qualified providers are responsible. 2. **Collectors and creative patrons:** People interested in founder-designed physical work, art editions, sound, and limited experiences. 3. **Creators and collaborators:** Invite-only contributors who need a clear project role, consent terms, and credit record. 4. **Learners and community participants:** People accessing free or low-cost education and moderated project activity. 5. **Internal operators:** The founder and approved operators who maintain hosting, deployment, assets, records, support, and approvals. ## Value proposition AXES combines a consistent founder visual language with a disciplined operating model: - Design direction informed by original physical work, interior composition, Chichetki material practice, the hero-and-pomegranate motif, the eternal-seed frame, and blueprint composition. - Carefully selected material and creative references rather than a generic marketplace. - Private, durable operational tooling that keeps automation limited, observable, and approval-bounded. - Clear credit, consent, and human stewardship rather than unsupported claims of ownership, efficacy, identity, or value. The gemstone-pomegranate reference remains inspiration only. It can inform color, material, light, and ornament but is not an AXES asset or logo and must not be copied or published without rights-holder permission. ### Resource basis and competitive position Every offer in this plan is built from a real, founder-controlled resource — design skill, existing client relationships, curated material knowledge, or the operating budget recorded in `PROJECT_BUDGET.md` — not a speculative valuation or promised future funding. Revenue is expected to follow only where a service reciprocates real value to the people who use it; the staged revenue model above already withholds each offer's next stage until its operating requirements, not a projection, are satisfied. AXES does not attempt to out-scale large, well-funded incumbent directory and marketplace platforms, and makes no claim about how any specific competitor operates. The AXES Directory's planned competitive position is quality and trust rather than reach: every listing is opt-in and human-reviewed rather than scraped or automatically imported, carries a recorded source, approval, and renewal date rather than an indefinite unreviewed entry, and includes a working correction and removal path for the business it describes. These are committed data-model requirements (`AXES_DIRECTORY_DATA_MODEL.md`), not marketing language, and remain the differentiation strategy even at a much smaller initial scale than an established competitor. ### Chichetki and Athanor creative system Chichetki is a founder-directed musical instrument and creative rhythm system connecting physical objects, sound, movement, visual design, play, and participatory experience. Its source direction includes tactile rhythm practice, crafted strands and objects, dance, and the possibility of future interactive installations or events. The founder describes Chichetki as a symbolic creative "GPS" toward Athanor: an orientation practice expressed through crafted objects, dance, rhythm, and musical-instrument exploration. This is metaphorical creative language. It does not use or provide geographic positioning, location tracking, navigation, measurement, diagnosis, treatment, transmission, or a claim to alter a person's physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental state. Within this creative language, a founder-created pomegranate may symbolize an offering or orientation toward Athanor. It is an artistic motif, not an actual message, transmission, measurement, spiritual claim, or mechanism. Any public pomegranate asset must be founder-created, independently created, or properly licensed; the separate jeweled-pomegranate reference remains private inspiration only. Athanor and Chichetki may later become a game-console-style creative experience in which players deliberately initiate motion or sound inputs for fictional audiovisual challenges. Game terms such as harmonic, resonance, resequencer, transmission, alignment, and challenge describe artistic game states only. The experience must not monitor people in the background, build biometric or behavioral profiles, infer personal states, or claim to understand or alter a player. The detailed gate is `ATHANOR_GAME_CONSOLE_READINESS.md`. Approved interaction objects may act as fictional keys to a future virtual-reality home: player-selected creative spaces and game experiences. They are not physical-property keys, identity credentials, financial instruments, or proof of ownership or status. The creative home may support dance, design, interaction, play, rhythm, sound, and player-controlled harmonic interface resynchronization: resetting or realigning the game's audiovisual timing, controls, layout, or fictional game state. It does not claim to resynchronize, measure, diagnose, or alter a person. **Athanor** is the internal creative concept for a harmonizing center within that system. It can guide the design of coherent experiences, installations, and editorial material. It is not an autonomous entity, measurement device, medical tool, or claim that an object can diagnose, judge, alter, or guarantee a person's emotional or physical state. ## Revenue model and sequencing The program uses diversified revenue only after the associated operating requirements are satisfied. | Stage | Revenue or support model | Readiness requirement | | --- | --- | --- | | Foundation | Founder-funded shared operations, service inquiries, approved design consultation | Public hub, email continuity, clear scope, and human response process | | Chichetki pilot | Founder-designed objects, art editions, and approved interest requests | Asset catalog, pricing approval, fulfillment plan, rights review, and customer terms | | Material discovery | Referral relationships, approved supplier introductions, or qualified leads | Written supplier terms, disclosure rules, accurate product data, and no deceptive endorsements | | Events and sound | Tickets, editions, licensing, or commissions where appropriate | Venue/host terms, accessibility, rights clearance, insurance and safety review where required | | Creator and learning pilot | Grants, sponsorships, memberships, or paid workshops only after review | Moderation, safeguarding, consent, participant terms, and financial tracking | | Mature commerce | Store checkout and fulfillment | Taxes, payments, inventory, shipping, returns, privacy, security, support, and accounting operations | No financial-market, crypto, token, payment, custody, exchange, autotrading, or investment activity is part of the current business model. **Harmonics** is the proposed public name for future URNUR currency/creator-economy units, subject to all URNUR approval gates. In the separate Chichetki/Athanor game world, Harmonics names fictional audiovisual states and player-controlled interface interactions. The two meanings are not interchangeable: game Harmonics confer no financial value, balance, prize, ownership right, or transferability. In founder terminology, **UR** means Unit of Eternal Origin and **NUR** is the proposed record-holder for each individual gem or unit. NUR may preserve creator-origin and provenance records after the applicable privacy, security, rights, legal, and operational reviews. A NUR record is not by itself proof of ownership, authenticity, value, transferability, or permission to transact. ## Operating model ### Shared technical foundation One shared public service can host branded pages for the active domains. XIIOM remains a separate private engine with persistent data, monitoring, checkpoints, and an allowlisted task system. The protected AXES Support Desk provides read-only visibility into the public portal, engine, automation, checkpoints, and email-migration status. KEYSTONE is the proposed origin and authority registration service for AXES applications. It will maintain private, versioned records of an application's source, accountable human owner, approved scope, release state, and correction/revocation history. It does not claim automatic legal ownership, global authority, or control over third-party applications. The architecture is defined in `KEYSTONE_APPLICATION_ORIGIN_REGISTRY.md`. AXES may later add a private project-fulfillment workspace for versioned scope, price-list assumptions, milestones, delivery evidence, and project-specific satisfaction feedback. It is not a public rating system, automated negotiator, fraud adjudicator, escrow, payment service, or professional certification. The detailed readiness model is `AXES_PROJECT_FULFILLMENT_READINESS.md`. The future extension is a curated service marketplace with factual, provider-confirmed price-list information and a permissioned client-to-provider match request. It begins as discovery and human-reviewed introductions, not automated recommendations, public ratings, payments, or a guarantee of provider availability, qualification, price, or outcome. ### Asset and content governance Every asset used publicly needs a recorded source, creator credit, intended use, accessibility treatment, and rights status. Keep founder source archives private. Keep external reference material private unless a specific licensed or permission-based use is documented. The internal `AXES_CREATOR_ORIGIN_CONSTITUTION.md` governs origin evidence, creator consent, research integrity, correction requests, and public attribution. It prevents external or AI-generated assertions from being treated as creator authority or factual proof without human review. ### Human decision authority Automation may record, monitor, and propose. It cannot independently create accounts, accept terms, spend money, deploy, contact people, publish media, or change domain/email settings. The founder or a designated human approver authorizes purchases, contracts, releases, and material operational changes. AXES respects an individual's self-description and must not use software to define a person's identity, value, beliefs, origin, eligibility, or rights. The related founder-provided constitutional source statement is preserved in `keystone/RIGHT_OF_SELF_ORIGIN.md`; it does not itself establish external legal rights or override these operating controls. ## Launch plan | Horizon | Objective | Deliverables | Exit evidence | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Now to 30 days | Stabilize and establish the hub | Redeploy healthy private engine; connect AXES domain; complete support desk; finish email inventory; prepare legal/patent records | Healthy service, verified chat, private backups/checkpoints, domain TLS, and complete access inventory | | 30 to 90 days | Validate commercial direction | AXES visual rebuild; Architectural Design Desk; materials-discovery catalog; Chichetki catalog brief; original asset selection | Public copy is factual and accessible; each offer has an owner, intake path, and published scope | | 3 to 6 months | Run small pilots | Approved Chichetki interest/pilot launch; supplier-discovery relationships; private Creative Studio prototype; invite-only creator registry | Measured inquiries, delivery capability, feedback, asset/rights records, and a reviewed operating budget | | 6 to 12 months | Scale selectively | Mature the best-performing offers; evaluate storefront only if ready; add limited learning/creator work | Revenue/cost evidence, support capacity, policies, data controls, and documented approvals | | Later | Community, recognition, media, and AXES OS growth | Separate product briefs and reversible pilots | Legal, safety, privacy, staffing, and budget gates are met | ### AXES Directory discovery sequence After the founder approves the directory readiness gates, begin with private interviews of business owners or authorized representatives. Use the interviews to validate categories, public listing fields, correction/removal expectations, and whether businesses wish to join a limited pilot. Send invitations only after the first catalog, privacy notice, participant terms, and correction workflow are ready. The initial catalog remains business-only, opt-in, and human-reviewed. ## Budget and controls The current conservative first-year planning range is **$17,720-$57,080**. Protect patent completion, legal review, security, backups, email continuity, and the shared operating core before discretionary expansion. Maintain a small initial operational cap, request written quotes for professional work, and retain a contingency reserve. The authoritative planning ranges and approval thresholds are in `PROJECT_BUDGET.md`. The founder's current constrained-budget execution emphasis is maintained in `FOUNDER_REVENUE_PRIORITY_OVERLAY.md`. It prioritizes AXES client pathways and KEYSTONE provenance services while keeping the trading application under its existing financial-readiness gate; it does not replace the patent-source V1-V8 architecture. `KEYSTONE_TIER_1_AUTOMATION_AND_INCOME_PLAN.md` defines the zero-spend, internally controlled automation and revenue-evaluation process. It requires measured productivity results rather than assumed savings and keeps cryptocurrency, currency, banking, marketplace, and trading activity within the existing legal-readiness boundary. ## Critical legal and professional gates | Topic | Required before launch or public claim | | --- | --- | | Patent, ownership, or invention claims | Confirmed records and qualified patent counsel review | | Architecture, engineering, construction, or code advice | Defined jurisdiction, responsible qualified professional, insurance/terms as needed, and reviewed scope | | Product store and materials sales | Supplier/fulfillment terms, taxes, consumer terms, privacy/security, product data, customer support, and accounting | | Health, wellness, therapeutic, cultural, or outcome claims | Supportable wording and appropriate qualified review | | Creative media providers | Commercial-use terms, pricing approval, asset provenance, privacy review, and human publication approval | | Youth participation or community features | Age policy, safeguarding, moderation, reporting, appeals, and cohort design | | URNUR financial or crypto concepts | Written financial-services/digital-asset legal guidance and separately approved product scope | The baseline privacy, moderation, accessibility, youth, commerce, content, and pilot-launch operating rules are maintained in `AXES_GOVERNANCE_AND_SAFEGUARDING.md`. The business-only directory and human-reviewed marketing-assistance path is defined in `AXES_DIRECTORY_READINESS.md`. Its proposed pilot listing fields, lifecycle, renewal record, correction/removal workflow, and track-specific limits are defined in `AXES_DIRECTORY_DATA_MODEL.md`; neither record enables a live directory or outreach activity. ## Success measures Track only metrics that help decide whether a service should continue: - Portal availability, private-engine availability, backup/checkpoint recency, and unresolved support items. - Qualified design, material, Chichetki, and creative-studio inquiries. - Pilot conversion, fulfillment reliability, support response time, and customer/participant feedback. - Actual monthly spending against the approved cap. - Internally submitted revenue and expense metrics only through the private, approval-gated AXI journal, as a record of submitted metrics rather than a financial statement, accounting treatment, tax calculation, cash balance, valuation, profitability guarantee, or legal or financial advice. - Asset-rights completeness and content accessibility completion. - For collaborative pilots: participant safety, moderation response, consent, attribution, export, and deletion outcomes. ## Immediate founder decisions 1. Redeploy and verify the private XIIOM engine so public AXIOM chat and operational monitoring work reliably. 2. Connect `axescontracting.com` using Railway's exact DNS record, while preserving current email records. 3. Complete the `info@axescontracting.com` Microsoft 365 access inventory and backup before any mail cutover. 4. Select the first founder-created assets and copy for the AXES visual rebuild. 5. Confirm the first commercial pilot: design consultation, materials discovery, Chichetki catalog/interest requests, or a limited creative-studio workflow. 6. Approve the AXES Directory pilot materials before interviewing or inviting business representatives. 7. Contact patent counsel and financial-services/digital-asset counsel before any related public claims, filings, crypto registration, or financial functionality. ## Related operating records - `AXES_BUILD_PROGRAM.md` - `AXES_PLATFORM_PLAN.md` - `INTERACTIVE_EXPERIENCE_CATALOG.md` - `DOMAIN_PORTFOLIO.md` - `PROJECT_BUDGET.md` - `FOUNDER_REVENUE_PRIORITY_OVERLAY.md` - `KEYSTONE_TIER_1_AUTOMATION_AND_INCOME_PLAN.md` - `KEYSTONE_APPLICATION_ORIGIN_REGISTRY.md` - `AXES_PROJECT_FULFILLMENT_READINESS.md` - `EMAIL_MIGRATION_PLAN.md` - `URNUR_FINANCIAL_READINESS.md` - `AXES_DIRECTORY_READINESS.md` - `AXES_DIRECTORY_DATA_MODEL.md` - `CHICHETKI_COLLECTIBLE_GEM_READINESS.md` - `AXES_OS_PORTABILITY.md` - `AXI_BUSINESS_METRICS.md` - `AXES_CREATOR_ORIGIN_CONSTITUTION.md`
